More About Primary Food

Hi friends…I thought it might be a good idea tonight to pause. I’ve been talking about primary food a lot lately. That’s because I believe it is so important to good health, really just as much as good nutrition. But good nutrition seems kind of irrelevant when there is such devastation going on in the world. I just want to take a few minutes to send some prayers out to all the people affected by the tornadoes today. To have your children be in a school that has been ravaged by a tornado…well, I just can’t imagine that. I’m spending some time reflecting on how very thankful I am for the life that I have, for my family and friends, my good health, and all of you.

A time for reflection is also a really great way to increase your primary food. We should set aside a few minutes each day to think about how we are blessed in this life. Some people like to write it down. If you like to write, maybe you can journal, or compose a song or poem. You might like to talk about it instead. Think how wonderful your children’s day could be if you told them just how grateful you are for them. These are all ways you can make your life better, healthier, and more vibrant.

I’m signing off for the night. I’m really overwhelmed by such tragedy. I hope you all will take the time to count your blessings and make it part of your primary food every day.
