Hi Friends…I’ve had a really busy day! How about all of you? I’m really whooped tonight after a super hot Zumba Toning class, not to mention a full 8-hour workday. I came home to make a nice batch of lamb meatballs with tomato mint sauce. They were pretty tasty…I know I posted the recipe on my The Healthy Rainbow Facebook page a while ago. I highy recommend it!

But what I want to tell you tonight is that instead of writing a big, long blog, I’d like to hear from some of you. I want to find out what your biggest health concerns are right now. Is it your diet, your stress levels, your relationships? Or is it some kind of chronic health condition that you feel could be helped by a change in lifestyle (most conditions can be controlled or at least greatly improved through nutrition and lifestyle changes). I want to hear from you!

Oh, and by the way, watch this weekend for some added recipes here on my website. I plan to share several favorites from my own recipe box in hopes that you all can enjoy some of my healthy cooking, too. So stay tuned for a few new things to try!
