Power Breakfast Pudding

Prep time:  10 minutes
Cooking time:  0 minutes
Yields:  2 people
Ingredients: 

1/2 c yogurt
1 small avocado
2 medjool dates, pitted
1 handful of raspberries
1 tbs honey
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs chia seeds
1 heaping tbs raw cacao
10 fresh mint leaves

Directions: 

Put all ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth and the consistency of pudding.

Notes: 

You will have a little crunch from the chia seeds. If you don’t like this, you could leave them out.
