Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

I got this recipe from a new friend, and I had to try it! As soon as I got a taste of these cookies, I knew I had to share it with all of you. This is a super simple, healthy version of chocolate chip cookies, and you won’t guess the main ingredient (and neither will the kiddos!)

Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 Can Organic Chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry

1/2 c Almond Butter (Creamy or Crunchy)

2 tsp Vanilla

1/4 c Raw Honey

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 c Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse until a thick batter forms and there are no chunks of chickpeas left. Stir in chocolate chips, and drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
