Sauteed Spinach with Nutmeg

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Prep notes: Wash fresh spinach well and allow to dry. Remove any tough stems and chop into large pieces.

Cooking time: 10 minutes


1 Large Bunch of Fresh Spinach

1/2 Onion, chopped

1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg

2 tbs Olive Oil


Put olive oil in a 10″ skillet. Add chopped onion and sautee until translucent. Add spinach. Sautee until spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.
