Avocado Sandwich Spread

1 Ripe Avocado

Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

2 Tbs Organic Salsa in a jar – I like mild, but for more heat use a hotter flavor

2 Tbs Fresh Salsa – You can make your own, but I buy mine already made

Black Pepper to taste

Ground Garlic Pepper – I like a lot of this; it adds a lot of flavor

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or use a hand blender. Process until smooth. This spread is fabulous on Panini sandwiches. I’m especially fond of it on roasted veggie Panini, and in tuna salad. It also makes a great dip. Even my son, who is a life long vegephobic loved this when I served it with homemade cheese crackers!
